With the warmer weather upon us, here is a simple rule for getting your wine to the temperature you want.
It’s OK to have your reds a little chilled, and it is equally OK to have your white wines quite frosty. Here is a simple rule:
Red wines IN the fridge for 20 minutes before consuming…then open and enjoy.
White wines OUT of the fridge for 20 minutes before consuming (after being in the fridge forever…And I know we all do this).
Remember, drink your wine at the temperature you prefer. The 20 minute rule is just a guideline.
Cheers!
